Ibarmia ZVH60/L6000 is a versatile multi-process machining centre
designed for precision milling and turning operations. Equipped with a
Heidenhain TNC640i HSCI control system and HR-520 portable hand-wheel,
it offers exceptional control and accuracy, further enhanced by
Heidenhain Kinematics Opt calibration of rotating axes. This machine
features a powerful CAPTO CS main spindle with through-spindle coolant
at 70 bar, a generous 80-position tool magazine, and support for
BT50/CAPTO tooling. Its horizontal rotary table and turning spindle head
deliver up to 78 kW and 1400 Nm, with a 500 mm centre height, while the
off-centred Y-axis rotary table allows increased swing for 5-axis
operations up to Ø1200 mm. Additional highlights include an automatic
self-centring 3-jaw chuck (Ø630 mm), 110 mm bar capacity, hydraulic
extension for automated operation, manual tailstock, and sub-plate for
tailstock. Precision is assured with RENISHAW RMP600 and TS27R touch
probes, while gear hobbing, gear skiving, and grinding with HSKA100 are
also supported.For ease of use and maintenance, the machine comes with
air and spray guns, mist filtration, a tipping swarf bin, steady rest
support, dressing unit, operator platform, and safety door
modifications—making it a complete solution for demanding machining
